Solgar's L-Glutathione tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products, and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.

Glutathione (or L-Glutathione) is a key amino acid produced mainly in the liver and found in all living cells. Glutathione is an important antioxidant in the body and is responsible for many cellular functions such as detoxification, amino acid transport, production of co-enzymes and recycling of Vitamins E and C. By serving as a critical nucleophilic scavenger, Glutathione helps block free radical damage to all types of tissues. It protects the body"s lymphatic and digestive systems from unstable fats and oils, but its levels can be reduced with age, so supplementation is beneficial.

Directions:
As a food supplement for adults one vegetable capsule daily with juice or water in between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

L-Gluthathione (50mg/vegicap). Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Vegetable capsule shell: hydoxypropylmethyl cellulose. Anti-caking Agent; Magnesium stearate.
