Bio-Health's Extra Mineral Complex has been formulated to provide a balanced ration of important minerals, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc and Iodine. Four capsules daily provide 100% of the recommended daily allowances as well as containing Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Selenium and Molybdenum.

Directions:
4 capsules daily swallowed with water or capsule contents can be sprinkled on food if preferred. For ideal assimilation take two each morning and two each evening.

Ingredients:
Calcium Carbonate; Magnesium Oxide; Vegetable hydroxypropyl methycellulose (HPMC); Ferrous Fumarate; Zinc Oxide; Manganese Sulphate; Copper Sulphate; Potassium Iodide; Chromium Chloride III; Sodium Selenite; Sodium Molybdate.

Free from all additives, sugar, lactose, gluten and yeast. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
