Osteocare® Liquid provides a rich source of calcium in a smooth, great tasting liquid, for efficient absorption into the body. This is carefully combined with co-factors including magnesium and vitamin D which are essential for effective calcium utilisation.
Just two teaspoonfuls provides as much calcium as 250ml of full fat milk, but unlike milk it is 100% fat free. Osteocare® Liquid contains no dairy products. It is ideal for those using soya milk, which is low in calcium and magnesium unless fortified.

Directions:
Children (1-2 years): 1 teaspoon twice daily
Children (3-12 years): 2 teaspoons 2-3 times daily
Adults (men & women): 2 teaspoons twice daily
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: 2 teaspoons twice daily

Purified water, raw cane sugar, sweetener (sorbitol), calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, suspending agents (veegum HV, carboxy methyl cellulose prep.), zinc gluconate, natural flavourings (mint oil, orange oil), preservatives (sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl hydroxybenzoate), emulsifier (polysorbate 80), riboflavin, Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol prep).
Free From dairy products, gluten, lactose, alcohol preservatives, salt, yeast, artificial colours. Not tested on animals.
