Solgar's Selenium (Yeast-Free) Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.

Selenium is an essential trace mineral. Selenium activates an antioxidant enzyme called glutathione peroxidase, which may help protect the body from cancer. Selenium is also essential for healthy immune functioning.
 

Directions:                                                                                                                                                                      As a food supplement for adults, one to two tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
