Solgar's Calcium Magnesium Plus Zinc Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.

Directions:                                                                                                                                                                   As a food supplement for adults, three tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients:                                                                                                                                                           Calcium (as carbonate, gluconate, citrate)(1000mg / 3 tablets), Magnesium (as oxide, citrate, gluconate) (400mg / 3 tablets), Bulking Agent; microcrystalline cellulose, Zinc (as gluconate) (15mg / 3 tablets), Cellulose gum, Citric Acid, Colour; titanium dioxide, Anti-caking Agents; magnesium stearate, stearic acid, Glazing Agent; hydoxypropylmethyl cellulose, Vegetable Glycerin.
