Dabur Gotu Kola 90 Vegetable Capsules

Each capsule contains 250mg of Gotu Kola extract standardised for 6mg of asiaticosides

This product, along with others in the Nature4U range, is rooted in Ayurveda, the Indian system of healthcare. Ayurveda recognises the balance between the energies (or doshas) of the human body: Vata (air), Pitta (fire) and Kapha (water).

According to the 'doctrine of signatures,' the way a plant looks in nature indicates which part of the body it benefits - the leaf of this small creeping plant looks like a brain. It is traditionally used in Ayurveda to boost the quality of the mind, memory and concentration. Its flavonoid content helps to purify the blood and skin; it is used in acne, skin inflammations and wounds. Practitioners of yoga and meditation use it to enhance their practice and increase their clarity of mind. It is used as a vegetarian delicacy in Sri Lanka and has recently become renowned for helping to assist circulation on long-haul flights.

Don't use
Not suitable for pregnant women, or children under 12 years.

Dosage
1 capsule twice daily.

Ingredients
Gotu Kola, capsule shell (E464), starch, fumed silica.

Suitable for vegetarians and diabetics. Contains no preservatives or artificial colours.
