Fruisana's Glycaemic index is just 19 (regular sugar 65, glucose 100), enabling you to reduce the overall Glycaemic Load-total blood glucose raising potential-of your diet, and to avoid the highs and lows in blood glucose associated with high GI foods.

• Fruit sugar is sweeter so you need to use a third less.
• Low GI giving longer lasting energy, less temptation to snacking.
• Can help slimming or weight control as part of a calorie controlled diet.
• Suitable for cooing and baking. (reduce oven temperature by 1 gas mark or 25^oC.
• Fruit sugar is a natural sugar with no aftertaste-perfect for everyday use in hot drinks and sprinkling on cereal.
