Speciality stoneground bread flour from an ancient wheat variety.

Spelt (organically grown)

Spelt (triticum speltum) is an ancient relative of modern common wheat which was widely grown by the Romans. It has complex flavours and bakes a delicious wheat flavoured loaf. To make white spelt flour simply sieve out the bran particles reserving them for later use.
