Application:

• Periods of physical and psychological stress.

A combination of energising and calming herbs to strengthen and fortify the nerves. It contains both energising Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian Ginseng) and the nerve tonic, Avena sativa (Oats).

Eleutherococcus acts on the adrenal-pituitary axis, increasing the body's ability to deal with excessive physical and psychological stress. Eleutherococcus is also known as the 'female' ginseng which can be very useful during changes such as the menopause.

Avena Sativa is nutritive for the CNS, having a restorative effect in states of debility and exhaustion.

Ingredients:
Contains the tinctures of : fresh Avena sativa* (Oats) herb 50%, Eleutherococcus (Siberian Ginseng) dried root 50%.
Alcohol content: 50% v/v.
*Organically grown.
Directions for use:
Adults: 20 drops in a little water twice daily.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.
