Sambucol contains flavonoids (natural antioxidants) and may help maintain a healthy immune system. Sambucol Original formula black elderberry liquid extract is a natural product derived from the black elder tree, Sambucus Nigra L., grown mostly in Central Europe.

Directions:
Suggested Daily Usage:
Adults: 2 teaspoons (10ml)
Children under 12: 1 teaspoon (5ml).

Suggested Intensive usage:
Adults: 2 teaspoons (10ml) four times daily.
Children:  1 teaspoon (5ml) four times daily.

Ingredients:
Glucose Syrup, Elderberry Extract, Purified Water, Vitamin C, Raspberry extract, Zinc gluconate, propolis, Citric Acid, Fruit Flavourings, preservative; sodium benzoate.

Each 5ml typically provides:
