Lepicol plus Digestive Enzymes 180g
A Formulation that has a four pronged approach to maintaining a healthy
digestive system.
Digestive enzymes help break down the food we eat. Nutrients are better absorbed
in the small intestine and waste matter passed more easily.
To aid this process we've included soluble fibre making it easier for the bowels
to expel waste.
Probiotics provide healthy bacteria which help keeping the colon healthy.
Prebiotics, natural extracts from chicory work synergistically with the
probiotics to help the bowels to make their own friendly bacteria
Directions:
Adults: Take 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) twice daily. Mix with water
or fruit juice and consume immediately. It is important to always follow this
with a further cup of water or fruit juice. After 2 weeks it should be possible
to halve the above intakes.
Children/young adults: Take one heaped teaspoon (5g) twice daily. Mix
with water or fruit juice and consume immediately. It is important to always
follow this with a further cup of water or fruit juice Parents should seek the
guidance of a practitioner before giving Lepicol to children under 11. General
Guidelines: As Lepicol isn't absorbed by the body, it is suitable for regular
everyday use. Safeguard your fibre intake by adjusting according to
requirements. Some may find it necessary to revert back to the initial intake
recommendation, whilst others may find that they require less. Aim for a minimum
intake of 250ml of water or fruit juice for every 5g (1 heaped teaspoon of
Lepicol). Keep out of the reach of children.
