Ingredients (Liquid):
Water, Colloidal dispersion with 2.8g silicic acid anhydride (silicon dioxide) in each 100ml.

Directions for use (Liquid):
As a food supplement take one tablespoonful (20ml) Original Silicea daily, diluted in a glass of mineral water or fruit juice before a meal.

Ingredients (Capsules):
420mg colloidal silica capsule corresponding to 196mg silicon.Capsule shell made of HPMC (Hydroxpropylmethyl cellulose).

Directions (Capsules):
As a food supplement take one capsule daily, with a large glass of water.
