The Stands and Speakers:   Karen Watkins from Mineral Check. Thank you to Karen for your interesting and informative talk on the importance of minerals in the body. Mineral Check is a simple way of discovering mineral levels in the body and can give us us all an insight into our current health and future concerns.  Samantha Cooper from Biocare. Samantha spoke on blood sugar levels and hormone balance. As a trained nutritionist and brilliant speaker we all learnt something here!
 Amanda Dean, Senior Natural Health Advisor at the shop, talked on Udo's Oil. Udo's oil is a wonderful source of the essential fatty acids omega 3, 6 & 9. She discussed the health benefits seen from taking essential fatty acids, often excluded from our daily diet now and how they can probably benefit us all in some way.
 Gareth Zeal talked on Joints. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Gout. Relief from these painful and debilitating conditions is available in many forms including of vitamin C, Niacinamide and the herbs Devils and Cats Claw. He also spoke on dementia and the available help in the early stages. His knowledge and wisdom was compelling and we all gained something from his talk, even if not afflicted by these conditions ourselves.
