• Acne - spots made worse by rich, fatty foods
• Bad breath - mouth dry but no feeling of thirst
• Catarrh - free-flowing yellow discharge. Worse at night. Loss of smell.
• Chilblains - worse for warmth, when limbs hang down
• Coughs - cough dry in the evening, loose in the morning with thick, yellow-green discharge and tickling larynx.
• Mild depression - easily turns to tears. Wants lots of reassurance and attention.
• Diarrhoea - worse at night, by drinking cold drinks and eating rich fatty foods
• Earache - ear swollen and red, worse at night. Patient weepy.
• Haemorrhoids & Piles - painful piles which bleed easily. Lack of thirst.
• Hayfever - copious thick catarrh and sneezing. Relieved by open air.
• Headaches and Migraine -headaches worse in the evening or associated with periods. Patient weepy.
• Indigestion -a few hours after eating, from rich foods
• Menopause - Hot flushes. Patient weepy and moody.
• Menstruation - scanty periods. Pain in lower back.
• Nausea - vomiting after rich, fatty foods

Dosage
Adults - 2 tablets
Children - 1 tablet
For acute cases, I dose every 2 hours for up to 6 doses
Less acute cases, 1 dose 3 times a day between meals until the condition improves.
