Supplements which may help with Insomnia and help with a Good Nights Sleep including Snooreze and Serotone

Insomnia
 
Bio-Health Good Night, or HRI Night herbal tablets can help you to get back into a regular sleep pattern. Herbal teas such as Night Time Tea, Chamomile or Valerian tea can help you to relax. Try Lavender, Chamomile or Valerian Essential Oil in the bath. Lavender oil can also be dropped onto the pillow to help induce sleep. There are some Homeopathic remedies indicated for insomnia, and 5HTP may help by sending Serotonin to the brain to help calm things down. Magnesium helps with relaxation, too. The B Vitamins are important in maintaining normal sleep rhythms.
 
Bach Flower Remedies and Night Essence are other gentle options.
 
Avoid caffeine-rich tea, coffee, coca cola and other stimulants in the evening. Try the relaxing herbal teas instead.
