Natures Aid Complete EFA capsules each provide a rich blend of Omega 3, 6 and 9.

Organic Flaxseed Oil (Linseed Oil), Fish Oil and Starflower Oil (Borage Oil) are combined to provide a balanced ratio of these important fatty acids in one easy to take capsule which avoids taking several different supplements. Omega 3's- EPA and DHA play an important role in the maintenance of cell formulation, brain health, joint mobility and a healthy heart and circulation. Omega 6's - GLA is important for regulating the body's hormone balance.

Directions:
1 - 3 capsules per day with food
