Bio-Health Motherwort Compound 100 Tablets

A native of central Europe and Scandinavia through Russia to Central Asia, Motherwort has travelled far and is now naturalised throughout Europe and much of North America, growing in waste ground, roadsides and gardens. It is an easy plant to cultivate, often self-seeding, and harvested in the summer whilst in flower.
Motherwort is a popular herb with a sedative action and can be found as an ingredient in many herbal medicines. However, it has another function to alleviate effort syndrome associated with nervousness. When feelings of tired, lead-like, limbs occur - maybe from exertion - Motherwort compound may be the answer. 

Recommended Dosage
Two tablets three times a day. Not recommended for children.

Ingredients:
Scullcap BHP 1996 22.5mg, Motherwort Extract 4:1 equiv, to 450mg. Sucrose, Lactose, Sodium Starch Glycollate, Cayenne.

Women who are pregnant should always consult a doctor before taking any nutritional supplements
