| | Shipping Postage Packing Postal Charges Post Costs Mailing Terms & Conditions Minimum Order Please note our minimum order amount is £4 including delivery/shipping due to the card transaction and packing costs. Sorry, but orders placed for less than £4 will not be processed. How Our Shipping Charges Are Calculated We send UK parcels weighing 2-20kg via Parcelforce 48 hour service, and all other parcels via Royal Mail. Royal Mail parcels are charged according to their weight and destination. Every item on our website has it's weight included in it's HTML code and our secure server is set up to work out the shipping costs to be as close to the amount we are actually charged as possible, allowing a little for packaging costs. We are a single independent retail health shop with a website, and currently send out about ten parcels a day. Larger Companies send out thousands a day and are able to negotiate cheaper shipping accounts. As some of them have their products manufactured for them, or buy their goods in such bulk that they pay much less for the products than we do, their profit margins are far higher than ours, hence, they can afford to send their parcels out cheaper, or subsidise the cost if they wish. We only buy in at wholesale prices and sell at retail prices, making a small profit, but we do stock a wide variety of goods. As our trade increases and we are able to negotiate better shipping rates, we will reflect this in our charges accordingly. Goods Not Received Please inform us if, after 14 working days of placing your order, you have not yet received it, so that we may trace it for you (unless we have told you it may take longer). Returns and Refund Policy Please check your goods when you receive them. We will gladly exchange/refund unopened goods, should you decide they are not suitable, providing they are returned to us within 14 days. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of your contract to us (the date you placed your order), or 7 days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order your payment will be refunded in full as soon as we have received the returned goods. If payment has been taken but the goods not yet sent and you wish to cancel your order, we will refund in full immediately. Damaged Goods Please inform us immediately if your goods arrive damaged, either by telephone on 01843 600201 or email juliet@herbsgardenshealth.com so that we can sort out the problem quickly and efficiently.
