Amino Acid

The natural amino acid called 5HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan) may help maintain a balanced outlook and a relaxed approach to life. Best taken before bed. Available in 50mg and 100mg size capsules. Not advisable if pregnant or taking fenfluramine.

Directions
Take 1 capsule a day (children over 8 years, 1 capsule every alternate day) preferably before bed, with a carbohydrate snack, or as your health professional advises.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: rice bran; L-5-hydroxytryptophan, vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; niacin (as nicotinamide), zinc citrate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, pyridoxine, hydrochloride, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; flow agent: magnesium stearate (vegetable source); folic acid, biotin.

Nutritional Information
One capsule typically provides: Niacin 30mg (167% RDA), Vitamin B6 10mg (as Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 5mg and Pyridoxine HCl 5mg) (500% RDA), Folic Acid 100µg (50% RDA), Biotic 0.05mg (34% RDA), Zinc 5mg (34% RDA), L5-hydroxytryptophan 100mg.
RDA = Recommended Daily Allowance.

No added: sugar, salt, starch, soya, wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. GM Free
