Nature's Aid St. John’s Wort 500mg, 1500mcg Hypericin 90 Tablets

St. Johns Wort is a native to Europe including Britain. The name was adopted for this plant because it traditionally blooms around the birthday of St. John the baptist. The plant itself, characterised by its beautiful yellow flowers has been traditionally used for hundreds of years by continental Europeans and it's usages documented as far back as Hi[[ocrates who himself prescribed hypericum. Today St Johns Wort is prescribed in Germany in 50% of cases of emotional imbalance, anxiety and sleep disorders. This product should not be used by people taking antidepressants or anyone who has hypersensitivity to sunlight or is taking photosensitizing drugs such as tetracycline. The extensive use of St. John's Wort in Germany (66 million daily doses in 1994) has never resulted in any medical reports of serious drug interactions. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast feeding.
Recommended Dosage
1-2 tablets per day with food.

St John's Wort extract, di-calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, anticaking agent (vegetable source magnesium stearate), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
