Ester-C is often described as "body ready" and is a super absorbable form of vitamin C. Unlike ordinary vitamin C it contains the essential mineral calcium and vitamin C metabolites such as threonate, which aid absorption, providing readily available vitamin C for immediate use by the body. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C promotes iron absorption from food, is essential in maintaining healthy skin, bones and teeth and plays an important role in tissue repair.

Recommended Dose: 1 tablet per day with food

One tablet provides: Ester-C 1000mg, Calcium 110mg, Citrus Bioflavonoids 100mg, hesperidin Complex 20mg, Rutin 20mg.

Ingredients: Ester-C (calcium ascorbate) powder, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, citrus bioflavonoids, anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; croscarmellose sodium, rutin, hesperidin complex, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
