Vitamin C is easily destroyed by temperature variations, light and cooking. It is not stored in the body and a regular fresh supply is required,

Recommended Dosage
As a supplement, take two tablets daily with food.

Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid powder, rosehip powder, glaze: HPC, citrus bioflavonoids, acerola, magnesium stearate.
