Each Tablet Typically Provides: Thiamine Hcl 10mg, Riboflavin 11mg, Niacin 100mg, Vitamin B6 10mg, Folacin 200µg, Vitamin B12 5µg, Pantothenic Acid 64mg, Choline Bitartrate 40mg, Inositol 30mg, PABA 40mg.

Directions: Swallow one tablet per day with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Ingredients: Bulking Agents: Dicalcium Phosphate, Micro Crystalline Cellulose; Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Choline Bitartrate, PABA, Inositol, Folacin (Folic Acid), Anti-Caking Agents: Magnesium Stearate (Veg source), Stearic Acid BP (Veg source); Thiamine Hcl, Riboflavin, Coating: shellac (E90), Vitamin B12. 

No Artificial Colours, Flavours, Preservatives; Salt, Yeast, Dairy Free. Suitable for Vegetarians.
