One box of 14 detoxing footpads will last 14 days. One detoxing footpad on one
foot per night.
How do I use Crystal Spring Detoxing Footpads?
The box contains 14 pads and 14 adhesive pads to attach them to your feet. In
the morning you just peel the adhesive pad off your foot and throw both away.
You use one per night, alternating which foot you place it on. We suggest
starting with the middle of the right foot as this is the liver meridian, in the
morning you dispose of the pad and use another on the left foot the next night.
How long should I use Crystal Spring Detoxing footpads for?
There are no contra-indications for using the pads for a long period of time,
apart from financial. It will depend on how often you have detoxed in the past,
how toxic or unwell you feel, the results you see the pads give you. If you
haven’t detoxed before or for a long time and have any illness, it would be
advisable to use them for at least a month. However any detoxing is good for
your body so even doing the 2 weeks will give benefits.
When should I expect to see results?
Everyone is different, depending on how unwell you are or how long you have been

should find they become lighter in colour and less sticky. The pads will never
be a clear colour as the herbs will turn them a pale browny/green colour.
