Mockett’s Wood, behind the Co-Op Supermarket near St. Peter’s Church, was designed as a Botanical Garden in the style of a Victorian Arbetorum early in the 20th Century and at least 18 different species of trees remain. For this reason, and because it still retains a diversity of natural plants and wildlife ecosystem, it is regarded as an important nature conservation feature here on our doorstep. When you come to visit us at Herbs, Gardens & Health, why not park in the car park and take a stroll through the Woods to us? The Car Park is just round the corner from St. Peter’s Church, St. Peter’s, Broadstairs, Kent.
